We do offer combined shipping up to 20lbs combined shipping weight - please open a customer service ticket on Shopgoodwill to request combined shipping before payment.
Requests for combined shipping will be handled on a case by case basis. It may not be possible to combine multiple large items or lots of items, for instance bulk jewelry boxes.
Combined shipping will not be adjusted after payment has been made.

Authentication
Gemstones/precious stones are tested using Presidium gem testers. The Presidium tester does not differentiate between natural and lab created stones. We are Not Experts.
Diamonds are Tested using GEMORO Ultratester 3+ Simultaneous Diamond, Moissanite & White Sapphire Tester. We do not grade the color or clarity of the diamonds we sell.
Unmarked gold, platinum & sterling silver is tested using a Niton DXL precious metal analyzer. In certain situations, acid test may also be done using a JSP acid testing kit.
Clearly marked precious metals are tested using a magnet, and Niton DXL as needed. We DO NOTacid test/Niton DXL test every piece of gold or sterling. We do not authenticate or appraise an auction item unless otherwise stated in the auction description.
