Presenting a signed Hattie Carnegie smiling parrot pin, in shades of green enamel. His beak is a pink-yellow-orange blend of color. Excellent condition; there are only 3 or 4 very minute chips at the end of his wings, and along the edge. Measures 2.5" x 2.5". Hattie Carnegie jewelry was made from the 1940s to the 1970s. This delightful brooch appears to be from the late 1960s or early 1970s, based on its style and design. Signed on a cartouche on reverse.
