It is celebrating his wins. Nicky Hayden's number was 69. His number was retired after his untimely death at age 35.
Included in the plastic bag are the following:

*Red Bull Kerchief with racer in front of a Honda wing(measuring 21 1/2 inches x 21 1/2 inches)-mint
*A beautiful color booklet with all of the Honda Racers-Nicky Hayden is on the back-near mint-some storage bends on the edges-measures 8 1/2 inches high x 11 inches wide
