    Description

    The Malaysia 10 Ringgit Banknote is part of the 2009-2017 Fourth Issues. This TAP authenticated banknote is red and yellow and measures 140 x 65 mm. The obverse side shows a songket (traditional woven fabric) patterns, a bunga raya (Rosa-sinensis hibiscus) flower, and Tuanku Abdul Rahman wearing a tengkolok headgear. The reverse side shows the BNM logo, a flora represented by rafflesia azlanii flowers. The banknote has a windowed security thread with demetalized BNM RM10. It uses a watermark with Tuanku Abdul Rahman, a pixelated background, and an electrotype 10 design.
