Vintage Chinese Export Hand Painted Porcelain Tea Caddy
With Bronze Lid & Ceramic Tray/Dish
I believe Lid to be Bronze the fit is a bit wobbly
To the best of my ability the script on the bottom says
House for Nourishing Splendor
This set is hand painted and the detail and color are wonderful.
I spent quite a bit of time trying to date this beautiful set and the closest I can come up with is the 1970's
In very good vintage condition with what looks like intentional crazing.. Not certain
The tray is 8" by 6 1/2"
The tea caddy is a little under 6" and 4" wide
Please be aware that you are buying vintage pottery. I always inspect items in detail and list any major faults such as cracks & chips in the description.
